... ta-dah! i've waited a very long time to share this news with you... back in july of last year, crane & co. had an open call seeking artists for their new studio collection, and i was one of the very lucky three (out of thousands of submissions!) who got chosen. i feel incredibly honored to be a member of crane's stationery design team. my line includes a thank-you set (with a pop of neon type), a multi-color coaster set, and my signature patterned note set. what you see here is just a sneak peek of what's debuting at the national stationery show starting this sunday, may 16 - 19. come say hello at the crane booth {no. 2707}, i'll be there! :)

... you have a way of making me smile when i'm with you mom. even before i could remember. now we have smiles AND laughs together, ones that i look forward to everyday (thank you skype!) i love you mom. ❤

... a greek island hideaway. i've always loved this house by italian designer, paola navone (her porcelain utensil jars are my kitchen stables by the way!). lots of her objects were found at athens flea markets + bazaars. the painted "rugs" are brilliant, don't you think?

bpr in south china morning post magazine

... i remember reading south china morning post when i was growing up in hong kong. and that's exactly why i can't begin to tell you how much this article in the post magazine (a supplement to the sunday scmp newspaper) means to me. the "long-distance call" section features former hong kong residences who are doing interesting and unusual things in other parts of the world. truly an honor to be featured. and like i said during the interview, "it's a complete 360 for me."
